Tike­hau is an atoll in the arch­i­pel­ago of Tuamotu Islands. The atoll is located 211 miles north­east of Tahiti and 9 miles from Ran­giroa. The atoll con­sists of a hun­dred islets, it is 16 miles in diam­e­ter and there is only one pass to enter and leave the lagoon.   407 peo­ple live on the atoll.  The air­port is in the South.
